What this covers
This notice covers sitenote.io and the early-access sign-up. The SiteNote app will have its own privacy policy before it opens to the public.
What we collect
- Your email address, and the answers you choose to give in the optional second step (how you build sites, which AI tools you use).
- The page that sent you here and any
utm_campaign tags in the link, so we know which posts bring people. - Your country, as reported by our hosting provider. We do not store your IP address; we keep a salted hash of it for one purpose, limiting repeated sign-ups.
Why
To invite you to SiteNote and to tell you about early access. You asked for this when you signed up. We don't send newsletters from this list, and we don't sell or share it.
Who processes it
The site and the sign-up list run on Cloudflare (hosting, the database and Turnstile, which checks that sign-ups come from people). Turnstile may read technical details from your browser to do that; it does not use cookies for advertising.
We use no analytics cookies and no tracking pixels.
How long we keep it
Until SiteNote launches publicly and invites are sent, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. After that, entries that didn't become accounts are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your entry at any time: write to hello@sitenote.io from the address you signed up with.
